Halftime for Antigua and Barbuda’s solar rooftop projects: Nearly 50 % of the agreed 2 MWp solar rooftop systems are installed. The 2 MWp sun2roof are part of a 10 MWp clean energy cluster conducted and realised by the government of the Caribbean twin-island state and the UK-based renewable energy provider PV Energy Limited. The equipment of government-owned buildings such as schools thereby represents a fundamental part of reducing the twin-island’s dependency on fossil fuels and spurring the development of a green economy.

The meeco Group to complete an extension of 150 kWp in Pakistan

Lahore, Pakistan. The meeco Group with its Pakistani joint venture, oursun Solar Power Ltd., has completed a 350 kWp sun2live rooftop installation at the Seasons Foods (Pvt) Ltd. site close to the city of Lahore in Pakistan. Malé, Maldives. Expanding on the recent decision regarding the installation of a sun2live installation at Maamigili Airport in Maldives, Villa Group and The meeco Group agreed to increase the initial volume of 1,21 MW up to 4,76 MW in the first step. The contract negotiations took place at the main office of the Villa Group where the CEO, Mr. Qasim Ibrahim, himself signed the framework of the contract.
